Quality Engineering

Chemoplast BEC is committed to continuous improvement by focusing on employees, processes and data. The framework of this continuous improvement system is a combination of internal audits, quality controls, corrective action feedback, FMEA analysis, 8D reports and other systematic methods. These are used to secure fluent and effective production process and high quality products.

Project and mould design

In addition to its in-house facilities, Chemoplast BEC cooperates with approved tool-shops, to secure complete project realization from the initial mould design to series production. This enables us to design and prepare production mould with high quality and optimum costs. All tools are held on-site and all maintenance and customer requested modifications are the responsibility of Chemoplast BEC to manage and ensure.

Chemoplast BEC can work with all available design formats, e.g. Catia V5, Solidworks or Pro-Eng.

All customer production moulds are stored in our warehouse, repaired and serviced by team of Chemoplast BEC engineers.
