Plastic injection technology

  • Plastic injection is performed on 19 machines (Engel, Battenfeld, Arburg) with clamping force between 250 kN to 3250 kN. The maximal plastic part weight is 750 g.
  • We use Polypropylen (PP), Polystyren (PS a HIPS), Acrylnitril Butadien (ABS) , Polyester (PE - HDPE, LDPE), Polyamidy (PA), Polycarbonat (PC), Polyvinylchlorid (PVC), Polyphenylen Ether (PPE) as a standard material. Other materials are possible in the case of agreement with the customer

Printing, marking, assembly and packaging

  • Plastic parts printing and painting are performed on tampon printing machines, by spray print finishing and screen printing based on the customers’ requirements.
  • The majority of our customers also require assembly, parts riveting, ultrasonic welding, painting and other various procedures.
  • Nearly 70% of finished plastic components are assembled.
  • In Chemoplast BEC we also widely use ultrasound welding
